Four weeks of education and connection, including eight education and peer-discussion sessions, four weekly live Ask Nikki sessions, three months’ access to educational presentations and resources, and your first month of RISE Together.
Once enrolment opens, join at any time and begin your live programme the following Monday.
Monday at 10:00am and Wednesday at 6:30pm: a 25-minute recorded presentation followed by 20 minutes of optional patient-led discussion, using provided prompts and questions. Join in or simply listen. Friday at 6:30pm: live Ask Nikki. All times are UK local time.

Ongoing peer connection, community activities, resources and monthly Live with Nikki. You do not need to complete the RISE Programme first.
The programme’s included month does not automatically renew as a paid membership. You only continue at £14.99 per month if you actively choose to do so.
