£79.99 one-off payment, including your first month of RISE Together.
The RISE Programme brings together trusted education, small-group peer discussions and weekly opportunities to ask Nikki general questions about the topics covered.
It is our recommended starting point if you would like structure as you learn more about your recovery and meet people with shared experiences.
Register your interest for the planned December 2026 launch. No payment or commitment at this stage.
Start the following Monday
Once enrolment opens, you can join at any time. Your live four-week programme starts the following Monday.
The topics run on a repeating four-week cycle. You join the current point in that cycle and cover all eight topics over four consecutive weeks. You do not need to wait for the cycle to begin again.
All eight educational presentations are available from day one, so you can explore a topic early or return to something you would like to hear again.
What is included

- Four live Ask Nikki sessions — one each Friday evening for four weeks.
- All eight educational presentations available on demand from day one.
- Three months’ access to the educational presentations and programme resources from joining.
- Peer-discussion groups with a maximum of 12 participants.
- Your first month of RISE Together.
- An optional Personal RISE Journey check-in to reflect on your experience.
Your weekly rhythm
| Day | Session | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Monday · 10:00am | Education and peer discussion | A recorded presentation from Nikki followed by optional conversation with your peer group. |
| Wednesday · 6:30pm | Education and peer discussion | A second recorded presentation from Nikki followed by optional conversation using the provided prompts. |
| Friday · 6:30pm | Ask Nikki | A combined session for active programme participants to ask general questions about that week’s topics. |
All session times are UK local time.
Each Monday and Wednesday session begins with a 25-minute prerecorded presentation from Nikki, followed by 20 minutes of optional patient-led discussion. Allow 45 minutes for the full session. Nikki is not present in these discussions; he leads the 60-minute live Ask Nikki session on Fridays.
How the patient-led discussion works
Your small group uses five provided prompts and questions to guide the 20-minute conversation. These help you reflect on the presentation, share experiences if you wish, and identify questions for your healthcare team or Friday’s Ask Nikki session.
For example: “What stood out to you?”, “What would you like to understand better?” and “What is one useful takeaway?” You do not need to prepare a talk, answer every question or have the answers for anyone else.
Members take turns and give each other space. Share your own experience without interpreting someone else’s symptoms or recommending treatment changes.
Participation is entirely optional. You can simply listen, skip any question, or watch the presentation without joining the discussion.
Eight topics over four weeks
Two topics each week, plus one live Ask Nikki session every Friday. The programme repeats on a four-week cycle; your starting week depends on when you join.

Learn reflect discuss act
Learn: hear an accessible explanation of the topic.
Reflect: consider what feels relevant to your experience.
Discuss: use the five conversation prompts to share or listen.
Act: choose one useful takeaway for yourself.
You can participate at your own pace. There is no pressure to speak or share personal information.
If you miss a session
You can revisit all eight educational presentations and programme resources for three months from joining.
For a missed Monday or Wednesday peer discussion, there is one catch-up opportunity when that topic next runs, subject to space. This supports an occasional missed session; your live programme remains a four-week programme.
Including someone who supports you
You may watch the educational presentations with a caregiver. One named caregiver may join Ask Nikki in a listen-only role, remaining muted and not using questions, chat or discussion. Private peer discussions are for registered participants only.
After your included month
If you would like to stay part of RISE Together, you can choose to continue for £14.99 per month. This is the same price for everyone.
Your included month does not automatically become a paid subscription. If you do not actively choose to continue, there is no further membership charge.
